Natalia Rita La Scala, Management Engineer since 2002, after an experience as Assistant to the Quality Manager of a 17025 accredited laboratory, became a Business Consultant for HQSE, for Project Financing and for VIA/VAS/VINCA in 2005, developing a solid experience in the agri-food, building prefabrication, green energy production and agri-food, environmental and construction laboratories sectors. Her skills allow her to tackle complex projects, with particular attention to adaptability to market needs and innovation in processes.
For food, environmental and construction laboratories, she is an expert in accreditation according to ISO17025 both in system organization and in the use of inferential statistics tools, control charts, estimation of measurement and calibration uncertainty and validation of measurement processes.
For the construction world, she develops and keeps updated technical specializations for the creation and management of FPC for CE Marking, for the Calculation and the self-control system of the recycled/recovered/by-product content and for the calculation and monitoring of CO2 emissions in the ETS system for prefabricated clay and CAP/CAV building materials.
In his role as a consultant and auditor, he immediately dedicated himself to the transfer of skills, as a trainer, stimulating curiosity and awareness of roles and tasks and in 2021 he became a qualified Auditor for ICMQ SpA, Milan for recycled content and CO2 calculation for ETS.
Since 2005 she has simultaneously participated and coordinated:
- design groups for Financing Projects for industrial, artisanal and agricultural production activities, ensuring the financial, urban planning and environmental appropriateness of the project and relations with the main stakeholders, customers, public administrations, granting bodies and a multidisciplinary group of designers.
-multidisciplinary groups for Incidence Assessment, Environmental Impact and Landscape mainly for projects of photovoltaic and wind farms on land, involved by international investors in Sicily.
In 2021 she began to take an interest in ESG and chose the Get it Fair Program as a reference, becoming a member of Diligentia ETS in 2024 and then a qualified Practitioner for the GIF scheme, with the aim of supporting companies for a correct ESG Risk Analysis and the preparation of an adequate sustainability reporting.
