We advocate a rights-based approach aligned with international standards and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ensuring consistency in business planning, project execution, and reporting.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality, socially impactful services rooted in expertise and contextual understanding to enhance the positive benefits and societal impacts of projects while minimizing ESG risks and addressing social imbalances. We build our clients’ capacity to promote sustainability, human rights, gender equality, child protection, and decent work for all through expertise in ESG research, policy, training, and inclusive stakeholder engagement.
BST Impact operates at the intersection of theory and practice, driven by technical quality, local knowledge, impact, and value for money. Our approach integrates international principles of human rights and decent work to translate good intentions into tangible social and economic impacts and boost programs’ performance. We personalize our support to the needs and context of our partners and clients, aligning with existing initiatives ensuring policy relevance, and adapting to local environments.
Comprised of a global network of partners and associate experts with diverse professional, social, and geographic backgrounds, we form custom teams for each project, offering comprehensive analysis and holistic solutions to sustainability and social challenges.
As a women-led firm, we are committed to SDG 5, focusing on gender equality and diversity inclusion, and integrating gender mainstreaming into all organizational aspects. Our applied research utilizes quanti-qualitative techniques and participatory methodologies to develop measures for equality and inclusion with long-term empowerment trajectories.
