Brovelli Franco

GIF Validation Team member, Franco Brovelli is graduated in Electronic Engineering at Politecnico Milano, he began his career as Electronic Designer and later as Project Manager in Consumer sector.

From 1981 to 1999 at Siemens Italy Semiconductor division, covering various responsibilities (Application and Product Manager, Marketing Manager, Semicustom Design Center Manager). From 1994 he start to be involved in Siemens Corporate activities related to the Quality, both ISO and European Excellence Models (EFQM).

In 2000 he joined Infineon Technologies Italy, covering the function of Quality Director and other staff functions. He has been Assessor of the EFQM European Award SME.

Since 2007 he is a consultant focused on TQM and Excellence Models.; he is Assessor for the EFQM Levels of Excellence, APQI (Associazione Premio Qualità Italia) Team Leader for the Italy Quality Award, for the Quality Award of the Public Administration and for the “Innovation Award” and “Safety Award” of Confindustria.

He is collaborating constantly with APQI, he is also APQI partner for Award Processes management and qualified trainer.
