He graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, is an accountant and legal auditor.
He is involved in corporate governance consulting, and in particular, audit, risk management and compliance.
He began his career as an auditor at Coopers and Lybrand. He has had managerial experience in multinational companies in Spain as CFO of Unichips Espaa and Director of Administration and Finance of Albright and Wilson Iberica. He was Controller of the Cargo Alitalia Division and Head of Reporting for the New York Stock Exchange in Montedison.
He is associated with NedCommunity and AssoDPO, Leader of the Topic Governance of the Bocconi Alumni Community.
He edited the Italian edition of the book “Practical Guide to Corporate Governance”, “Governance for Digital Transformation” and curator of the Harvard Business Review supplement “The Governance Challenge”. He collaborates with The Enterprise, Harvard Business Review, Internal Audit and is the author of numerous articles on governance and digital transformation.
