Description
GIF Validation Team Member. Alessandra Ferroni graduated in Law from the University of Milan and wrote her thesis on Unions’ rights, and before joining the firm, she worked for an international law firm in the Employment Law Department based in Milan and London.
She is an expert in labour law and industrial relations, complex corporate reorganisations and restructurings, outsourcing and internalisation processes, top management remuneration methods, including in regulated sectors, of D.Lgs. 231/01, corporate governance as well as in labour and trade union litigation.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Communication from the Higher Communication Institute in Milan.
She is member of AGI (the Italian Employment Lawyers’ Association), EELA (the European Employment Lawyers Association) and Milan Bar Association.
