Description
Validation Team Member, Marco Allegrini, Phd in Economia Aziendale (“Business Economics”) and Full Professor in Economia Aziendale at the University of Pisa where he teaches Financial Reporting and Financial Analysis.
He is Conference Board Member of the “European Academic Conference on Internal Auditing and Corporate Governance” since 2002 and a member of the working group of the Italian accounting standard setter – OIC (Organismo Italiano di Contabilità) – on IAS/IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and Member of the working group “Financial Reporting” of the Italian Association of CFOs (ANDAF).
He is the author or co-author of about 100 scientific publications in the field of corporate governance, internal auditing and accouting.
